What happens when I delete a dataset in the VEIL.AI Anonymization Engine?
This documentation template is designed to provide a comprehensive guide to help users understand and use the product. It includes detailed instructions, screenshots, and other helpful information.
Are there any limitations on the dataset size?
There are no limitations in the VEIL.AI Anonymization Engine Native App with regards to data size. However, it’s good to remember that very large datasets (i.e. hundreds of thousands of rows or more) can take long to process and could potentially have noticeable cost factor according to Snowflake’s standard pricing for processing and storage.

Additionally, small datasets (i.e. less than 300 rows) could potentially be hard to anonymize in terms of the trade-off between quality and privacy protection.

If you are dealing with either extremely small or large datasets, you can always contact us for further details.
How can I export the anonymised data?
To find your anonymized dataset, log into your Snowflake account and navigate to Data -> Databases. Select the VEIL_AI_ANONYMIZATION_ENGINE_FREE_TRIAL database, and look for the RESULT schema where your dataset is stored. If you have the necessary permissions, you can clone this dataset to another database by using the 'Clone' option, specifying the target database and schema. Ensure you have cloning permissions, or contact your administrator for access.
How do I export the risk analysis results?
You now have two convenient options:
  1. Download the full report as PDF
      • Click Generate PDF report on the Risk Analysis page.
      • Once the PDF is ready, the button label will change to Download PDF Report—click it to save the complete report.
  1. Export individual elements
      • Figures: Right‑click any chart and choose “Save as…” to export as SVG.
      • Data tables: Use the table’s download icon to export as CSV.
